A Maryland native born and raised, the multi-faceted actress known as Brittney Aleah has been professionally working in front of the camera since college. Having graduated from Salisbury University, she holds a B.A. in Communications with a Minor in Theatre Arts. She began her acting career as the casting intern for the Netflix series House of Cards. While studying under the tutelage of the casting director, she was cast as background and eventually became the stand-in for the Oscar-nominated, Emmy Award winning actress Cicely Tyson.
She worked her way up and launched her full-time acting career shortly thereafter, landing her first notable guest star role on BET's Criminals at Work. Brittney went on to make guest star appearances on various True Crime Shows including Copycat Killers, Thou Shalt Not, Bride Killa, and For My Man, which aired on many networks such as Investigation Discovery, TV One, and Reelz. She was cast and appeared in the feature film Concussion with Sony Pictures and she also did stunt work in Wonder Woman 1984, which she thoroughly enjoyed.
Brittney’s TV appearances have afforded her the opportunities to shoot both regional and national commercials for major brands including Samsung, Sport Chevrolet, Royal Farms, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Holy Cross Health to name a few. She's excited to further her career and make an impact on the TV and Film industry. Brittney is also a business owner and in her spare time she enjoys traveling, makeup, going to the beach, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog Action.
